That’s when a real father was born #shortpoem

December 19, 2015

Motherhood is a sweet experience in itself and so does Fatherhood.

Much is written about the Mothers – Role of her Touch, Love and Care. While we are busy attending the newborn, we tend to ignore the Father’s role in the first year of Child’s growth. Fathers too nurture, care and interact but in their own style.

Each one of us normally portray Father and Child after the child transforms from an Infant to a Kid and keep aside that early Tender feeling for women.

Even Google relates them: See!

In a Joint Family, Father gets little lone time to spend with the child as there are other family persons around to look after them. The scenarios are changing. With an increasing trend of Nuclear families, Fathers deal with the child closely- From Changing their clothes to Making them sleep.

Dedicated to Fatherhood:

It was a special Day..not for me or you..but for Us. There were tears in my eyes..tears of happiness, I cannot forget the shine in your eyes and tremble in your voice.

The Day we were Adorn,

That’s when a real Father was born.

You Exclaimed with joy,

Doesn’t matter its a Girl or a Boy.

You got a chance to touch him first,

Acted like a bird who just quenched his thirst.

You held him in the arms,

That moment had its own charms.

You looked adorably our Firstborn,

That’s when a real Father was born…
