Paragliding was on my Bucket List

Paragliding in India has gain popularity in recent years. In my previous post on Bucket list, I did not mention about my ex-wish:ย  Paragliding.

Unlike me, my Husband does not love adventure. It put me off sometimes but then, I have to accept that we all are born different.

Partners are not necessarily alike- We both are not for sure ๐Ÿ˜‰

I got a chance to tick off my wish 3 years back while we were in Darjelling. It was a sunny morning and we left the hotel for making my wish come true. I knew he will not join me for the fun, but I tried convincing him all the way- Yes, I failed as expected.

Sadly, the scout was late and we had no clue when he will come. Moreover, we didn’t have his contact number- Our bad. We decided to wait but started to loose hope after waiting for almost 1 hour. Phew! Finally he came and I had a biiiig smile on my face. I did not want to miss the chance.

Sharing the moments with you. All set to go ๐Ÿ™‚

I was bit scared as I had to run down the hill before take off. A shiver ran down my spine when my feet touched a huge tree top just when it made a start.

More Higher…

It was my first ever experience with the Selfie stick- Tough time holding it firmly in the sky.

We landed in a big Stadium filled with Sand. My husband was already there waiting for me and asked “Now happy?”

My smile said it all.

This is really wonderful Upasana! I have done paragliding here too, the feeling begins from excitement, goes through moments of insecure feeling and then pure joy!

Whoa ! That’s really amazing. I’m also not much of an adventure freak like your hubby. The selfie stick pics are breathtaking !

He he…Then you will surely get a partner who would love adventure. Thanks for reading and commenting Atul. It was so difficult to hold the stick firmly in air.

No No…I did not carry that but was provided by the Scout.

Right we are neighbours. I am a regular visitor to your city and in love with the Street food there.

I came to know about you and Saru when I was searching for fellow bloggers nearby.
